The bodice goes on like a jacket. Lined in satin, there are hooks down the front, and bodice has boning. Smaller scalloped trim around neckline. There is a gorgeous scalloped beaded trim around the sleeves, along with black hanging beaded fringe- and there is a lace undersleeve.....the same scalloped trim goes all the way around the overskirt, which goes longer in back. This basically has a short underskirt, and then a *very* long overskirt that goes into a train in back. We have used black beaded scalloped venise lace to trim this gown, and black beaded alecon lace on the bodice overlay and the for the undersleeves. Ribbons and loops inside, so you can pull up the sides of the skirt for a bustled effect. If you wanted, you could find hip-cages to wear under the overskirt, we don't have any of those.

We can do this in any color silk, the trims come in black as you see them, but also champagne, white, ivory, etc . Just inquire if you would like this in another color. This is a dramatic dress!
